USA's Fish Out of Water (FOW) return to the Sunshine Coast

Providing the most diverse show on the planet, Fish Out of Water continues to keep people guessing and more importantly, keep people dancing. The rock takes you back to a day where musicians did really rock and the hip-hop is a conscious flow over a rhythmic hip dropping beat. The reggae has a heavy ska influence but can also be a “one drop” smoke anthem. And the funk? Well the funk is the best part about F.O.W. Both cousins play a mean slap bass.

They have been coming to Australia since 2011 and this will mark their 5th Aussie tour starting in April 2019. Local drummer/percussionist, Sean Keenan (from roots gurus, Bearfoot) will be fulfilling drumming duties for F.O.W. on this tour, bringing his own unique funky flavour to the table. With over thirty shows to play in two months time, the Fish will be busy down under, including a weekend in WA.

Catch FOW locally at the Yandina Hotel on April 5 from 8.30pm for a free show.
