Newcastle’s deathcore outfit, The Wandering has marked their return with a heaving slab of heaviness in the form of new single, ‘A Beautiful Agony’, and accompanying music video.

‘A Beautiful Agony’ is three and a half minutes of unrelenting brutality, from frenetic blast beats and schizophrenic riffing, through to some of the lowest, guttural death growls, the track forces its way hectically, while teasing the forthcoming climax with sneaky breakdown a third of the way through. It still does not brace you for the filthiest, lowest of breakdowns towards to the end.
