SummerSalt announces massive 2026 line-up featuring Ocean Alley, Skeggs and more

Face To Face Touring and Live Nation are excited to announce that SummerSalt presents a new series of events with Ocean Alley on their new AUS Coastal 2026 tour. The five-date run will take place in March at spectacular locations around the country, with a huge line-up of special guests.

Globally renowned Australian rockers Ocean Alley will be joined by a dazzling line-up including Skegss, Allah-Lahs, Babe Rainbow, Mid Drift, Le Shiv, and Seaside for Canberra, Torquay, Lake Macquarie & Sunshine Coast shows. Allah-lahs will not be playing in Adelaide and will be replaced by The Grogans.

Kicking off at Canberra’s Exhibition Park on Saturday 7th March, SummerSalt will then head to Torquay Common on Sunday 8th March, followed by Speers Point Park in Lake Macquarie on Saturday 14th March, Sunshine Coast Stadium on Sunday 15th March, before wrapping up the tour on the sand at Glenelg Beach in Adelaide on Saturday 21st March.

SummerSalt is the ultimate Australian music experience – bringing feel-good sounds to stunning outdoor destinations, all with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that’s perfect for making memories. Bask in the sunshine, soak up the live music, and enjoy a vibrant, sun-drenched setting filled with good vibes as you dance the day (and night) away.

Ocean Alley have truly emerged as one of Australia’s most successful musical exports. Across four albums, including 2022’s critically acclaimed Low Altitude Living, the six-piece - Baden Donegal (vocals), Angus Goodwin (guitar), Lach Galbraith (keys/vocals), Mitch Galbraith (guitar), Tom O’Brien (drums) and Nic Blom (bass) - have inspired audiences around the world with their unmistakable sound. With chart success across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and USA, and nine accredited singles of Gold or higher, Ocean Alley are entering a bold new chapter - and with stadium-sized ambition in sight, they’re poised to leave an enduring mark on the music landscape for many years to come.

In the nine years since their inception, Skegss (singer/guitarist Ben Reed, bassist/guitarist/vocalist, and drummer Jonny Lani) emerged from their laid-back, Australian small town roots as unlikely anti-heroes of the country’s vibrant rock scene. Their riotous releases have sparked circle pits and stage dives all over—from dingy pubs and skate parks, to 35K capacity festival stages—and led the three lads on countless world tours. They’ve even topped the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) singles charts numerous times and, more recently, their debut LP My Own Mess reached number two on the album charts and earned an ARIA Award nomination for ‘Best Rock Album.’ Australia's coastal sensation never lost their underdog flair despite their achievements, and it's that same spirit that defines their second studio album, Rehearsal—a 13-track thrill ride through modern disillusioned youth.

Los Angeles’ rock mainstays Allah-Las are heading back to Australia in March 2026 for a run of shows. Following a busy run of international shows across the globe, the band will bring their sun-baked sound back to Australian shores for the first time since releasing Zuma 85 full-length LP and latest instrumental singles “Countryman ‘82” b/w “Dume Room.” For more than a decade, Allah-Las have distilled the atmosphere of California’s coastlines and cityscapes into a sound that drifts between surf, folk and rock. Across albums including Allah-Las, Worship The Sun, Calico Review, LAHS and Zuma 85, they’ve developed a rich catalogue steeped in warm analog tones and timeless melodies. Having toured the world, the band’s live show has become a transportive journey through the band’s ever-evolving catalogue.

Sun-soaked Australian psych rockers Babe Rainbow originated from the surf. They say it ain’t where you’re from, it’s where you’re at. But for Angus Dowling, Jack ‘Cool-Breeze’ Crowther and Dr Elliot ‘Love Wisdom’ O’Reilly, the character of their home permeates every atom of the dreamlike, joyful, psychedelic music they create together as Babe Rainbow. The trio grew up in Rainbow Bay, later relocating to Byron Bay, an area of breathtaking natural beauty, where the waves are always strong, the magic mushrooms grow freely, and old, abandoned farm buildings abound. It was and remains the perfect locale for young dudes to play their music as loud as they want.

The Grogans are one of Australia’s hardest working young bands. Forming in 2016 whilst in high school, the Melbourne/Naarm trio haven’t stopped since, releasing 3 EPs ‘Cacteyed’, ‘Twangs n Cans’ and ‘Grogan Grove’, and 4 albums in ‘Just What You Want’, ‘Day To Day’, ‘Which Way Is Out’ and most recently 'Find Me A Cloud'. Each release has seen the genre-hopping trio showcase their musical ability, touching on blues, surf and garage rock as well as manoeuvres in punk and psych. The band have completed a plethora of domestic & international touring across AUS/NZ, US/CAN and UK/EU tours which have included sell out shows all over the world as well as appearances at national and international festivals.

Mid Drift are indie-rock sweethearts combining sun-drenched hooks with lyrical depth, making waves across Australia. Their feel-good energy and tight live show will leave a smile on anyone’s face. Between multiple sold-out headliner shows across the country and major support slots alongside DICE, Old Mervs, and Rum Jungle, Mid Drift are rapidly building a loyal following nationwide. With praise from Triple J stating “Mid Drift are going to be an Australian summer festival staple, you can just hear it”, the band show no signs of slowing down with their truly electric live set and infectious energy.

Le Shiv are a genre-bending force rising from LA house parties to international stages, sharing stages with acts like Lime Cordiale, Grouplove, and Ocean Alley. Their single The Wait Is Over landed in a Super Bowl ad starring Matthew McConaughey, and they’ve since won praise from Coldplay’s Chris Martin and triple j Unearthed, who named them Feature Artist. Following their acclaimed debut EP New World Colour and a sold-out Australian headline tour, their hit I Wish I Never Loved You exploded across 24 global Spotify playlists, growing their audience fivefold. With a debut album due in 2025, Le Shiv are cementing themselves as one of Australia’s most exciting global exports.

Emerging from the sparkling waters of Byron Bay, Australia, SEASIDE is an indie-rock band known for their emotionally raw songwriting, dreamy yet fierce sound, and a signature blend of sunshine and sorrow. Fronted by the commanding presence of Darcy Dexter, the group burst onto the musical landscape in 2018 with their effortlessly sublime single “Golden Girl“, which immediately propelled them onto the national festival and touring circuit. Since then, Seaside has released four EPs—including the acclaimed Wishbone EP—alongside standalone singles, continually evolving their expansive sound from early dream-pop roots to a powerhouse modern-rock with alt-rock edge.

AUS Coastal 2026 follows a huge run of shows for Ocean Alley’s Love Balloon Australian Tour 2026, which will see the band take on their biggest Australian headline shows to date, taking place over January in support of their upcoming fifth album Love Balloon.

These shows mark a bold new chapter for Ocean Alley - a chance to see a band at the height of their powers, bringing their most vibrant and confident work to outdoor stages around the country.
