Melbourne’s DRUID release an explosive amalgamation of emotive nu-metal/metalcore in brand new single, ‘I, Exist (Voices)’ - a beautifully, dark, twisted track that explores internal crossroads.

To coincide, DRUID dropped the video for the single earlier this week on Slipknot’s Festival, KNOTFEST’s music blog, having also been announced to be playing at KNOTFEST’s Pulse of the Maggots streaming festival on the Slipknot Twitch channel Saturday morning (AEST) 8am. DRUID’s set will be streamed alongside bands like Hyro The Hero, As Everything Unfolds, Lotus Eater and more.

The band says that the new song "...is a narrative which explores our protagonist's state of mind and his internal conflict when found at a crossroad in his life. The result of his devastating actions has him struggling to understand the fallout. What has lead him here in this moment to have "blood on his hands"? The song explores how he struggles with conflicting voices trying to determine whether the outcome was justified or damning."

'I, Exist (Voices)' was written by Druid & The Loud Noise Estate. Evan Lee and Ash Daws from The Loud Noise Estate also produced, mixed, and mastered the track.

Later this year, the band will collect the singles already out (Room 44, DTHBLW and now I, Exist (Voices)) into a release entitled ‘The Beauty and The Decay’. More details will be revealed as the year progresses.

Each of the singles' cover art brings the viewer/listener one step closer to the final view - with each piece of art stepping through a new door, bringing the final image and full view into focus.
