Reverie goes straight into the dark with her brand new single, ‘Gravity’ - a Stranger Things-inspired banger of track, that lures you in with the eerie deep synth, clicks, and reverb & delay-drenched vocals, before it smacks you in the face and puts ALL of its weight on you.

‘Gravity’ is the second single from Reverie (AKA Emily Krause), following on from her debut release, ‘Princes’.

Inspired by Stranger Things, Gravity feels like it belongs in the soundtrack of the popular Netflix series. Boasting an 80s soundscape with eerie synths and driving bass, Gravity transports you to the small town of Hawkins. It is the comparison to her own hometown that inspired Reverie to write this dark and moody track. Reverie compares growing up in a small country town to the toxic environment of the Upside Down, with people getting consumed with what is happening in their own world and struggling to see outside of that.

Recently dropping out of University to pursue music, Reverie plans to engross herself in song writing, collaborating with local artists, and preparations to tour nationally.
