High Tropics in the running for Needle in the Hay

Entries for Happy Mag's 'Needle in the Hay: the 7-inch singles edition' competition have only just closed, and already 30 finalists have been announced, including our own High Tropics.

The competition, which asks the artists to submit a track for judging, with the winner of Needle in the Hay receiving 200 copies of their track pressed to vinyl by Zenith Records, plus a high-production music video filmed at JMC Academy.

All the tracks are judged by Jen Cloher (singer/songwriter, Milk! Records), Aaron Curnow (Spunk Records), and Monkey Marc.

High Tropics entered their track, 'You Never Made it Easy', and they're up against the likes of RACKETT, VOIID, and more.
