The Dreggs say it's just 'You and Me' on new single

Don’t know about you, but if The Dreggs asked us, we’d run away with them…

The duo have been absolutely smashing it on the scene of late; sold out shows, East Coast tour, and now a brand new single in ‘You and Me’.

They’re currently making their way back up to the Sunshine Coast, with a single launch on September 13 at Solbar (plus slots at this year’s Caloundra Music Festival), so you won’t have to wait long for the singalongs. You can also see them as part of Horizon Art Festival’s Live and Local series on August 25 in the new Maroochy CBD.

The new single, recorded by Brian Goodworth at Big Rock Studio, is another silky acoustic tune, but not just for the floppy hat brigade. These two have a knack for crafting songs that flow AND stomp, and able to appeal to a wide demographic.

In a time of shit politics, over-exposed instagram ‘influencers’, and citizen’s arrest by crate, it’s a relief to put on this tune, close your eyes, and just drift away for three minutes and twenty seconds.

Catch The Dreggs at Solbar on September 13 with Anna and Jordan, as well as at Caloundra Music Festival (on the Saturday and Sunday).
