Kick your shoes off and dance as three awesome bands - ALL STRINGS ATTACHED, ZUMPA and LIZZIE FLYNN & THE RECKONING - take you on a journey from homegrown folk, to Italian gypsy, to multi-faceted Celtic punk! This will be one helluva great night!

ALL STRINGS ATTACHED

Blending elements of high energy Celtic punk, unpredictable gypsy strings, pirate shanty folk rock and a circus sideshow extravaganza; the genres used to describe All Strings Attached are endless. With soaring Eastern-European inspired violin melodies fused with hip-shaking rhythms, driving guitar riffs and layered vocals, they may be hard to describe but they are sure to leave you satisfied.

LIZZIE FLYNN & THE RECKONING

With a combination of lyrical honesty and charming melodies, Lizzie Flynn writes songs that blend a little satirical storytelling with a lot of joyful emotion. Her latest album 'You & The Open Sky' is a collection of original songs, which weave audiences through toe-tapping country to tender ballads with songs of lessons learnt and love lost.

ZUMPA

Be transported with Zumpa to forgotten Italian fishing villages, moonlit olive groves and a hard life under a hot sun where peasants play music to celebrate life with a fierce sense of humour. David De Santi (accordion), Kristy Stanfield (vocals, guitar, accordion), Gareth ‘Garetino’ Mewes (fiddle), Innes 'Giacomo' Campbell (mandolin),Benja King (bass) and Andre Bonetti (percussion) provide the sounds and energy of folk, gypsy and Italian world music woven together to provide a truly spaghetti and meatballs experience. They will play a selection of old and new Italian folk songs such as Santa Lucia, Funiculi Funicula, Bella Ciao, Tu Vuo Fa Americano and throw in some lively tarantellas and melancholy serenades.
