Porch Project to get all Chocolatey in May

The next Porch Project event, coming up on May 12th, will be a downright groovy affair, when Chocolate Strings, Signature Series and The Groove Revolution team up for an epic night, all on the porch.

The Porch Project, for those uninitiated, is a series of house gigs set up, for a more intimate affair, and for those that really do purely love live music.

It's been a while since we've seen Chocolate Strings in full form, and apparently it took a few attempts to get this whole show to come together, so if you're a Chocolate Strings fan, don't miss this one.

Likewise for fellow Brisbane-ites, Signature Series who blend together a mix of hip hop, blues, soul and more for a smooth, groove-fuelled show

The Groove Revolution will be spinning epic vinyl, covering funk, soul, disco and Afro-beat to keep the mojo flowing.

All the money raised goes straight to the artists and legends behind the desk in charge of the sound, and just remember, as Porch Projects are house gigs, therefore on someone's property, please be respectful, don't go in the house (unless invited), and leave no trace (in other words, take your rubbish with you, or put it in the bins provided).

Also, there will be curry & hot/cold drinks available to purchase on the night.
