Bearfoot 'Fall' Single Launch at Solbar, June 23 2023

A decade into their run, Sunshine Coast roots/reggae/dub gurus Bearfoot made a triumphant return to their home, Solbar, to celebrate the launch of their latest single, ‘Fall’.

Having formed on the open mic stage of Solbar in 2013, Bearfoot have gone on to become part of the large portion of South East Queensland’s roots/reggae outfits, having played numerous festivals (including Woodford Folk Festival, and Caloundra Music Festival), a whole swag of singles and an EP, and a tonne of live shows under their belt. But they felt right at home on a stage they haven’t set foot on in nearly two years, bringing all the vibes and good times to the dance floor, delivering a high-energy set that Bearfoot do best. Supported by Kairos Kin, and fellow roots/reggae wunderkinds Kurilpa Reach, it was a massive, sweat-producing night.
