Sunshine Coast Music News, Sept 28 2016

Here we go, folks... a big week of music on the Sunshine Coast.  Tomorrow night, Harts will be appearing at Solbar to completely electrify your soul. If you haven't seen Harts live, it's a must.
Friday night sees The V Room in Noosa host Pandemic, Young Dingoes, and Fish Milkshake, Solbar hosts Diesel, recent interviewee Joe Mungovan will be at The Black Box Theatre in Nambour, and more listed on the Gigs page.
That is, of course, if you're not at Caloundra Music Festival over the long weekend. We're heading along to catch the amazing headlining acts, and of course, support our local musicians who are truly kicking arse at the moment.
Big congrats to The V Room on their opening night last Friday, which saw DZ Deathrays, The Iron Eye (filling in for Columbus), Walken, and Los Laws obliterate the revitalised venue.
The latter also took out the Passport to Airlie Battle of the Bands on Sunday, so congrats to Los Laws, who will be heading to the Airlie Beach Music Festival later.
As mentioned previously, we interviewed Joe Mungovan this week. Joe's singles, 'My Jumper' and 'Again', off the EP 'Way Down South' is coming through our way on his 'What Am I Doing To Myself Again?' Tour, so we grabbed the chance for a Q & A, which you can read here.
Coast favourites, The Lyrical and Sahara Beck have damn well teamed up for a corker of a song, that was launched today. 'Old Revolver' is up now on Triple J Unearthed, and you can listen here.
The lyrical freak of nature that is Kudos has released a new track, and damn it's good.  You can listen to 'Plucker' on Soundcloud right now, then catch the man himself on his Plucker Tour, when he hits Solbar on November 26 with Dubarray.
